GAAC Advisor for Rights of Way and Common Land
Rosalinde Emrys-Roberts is an independent consultant who has over 25 years’ experience of working with the legal side of Rights of Way, Village Greens and Common Land. She is a member of a Group that is currently advising the Government on improvements to the rights of way legislation.
Rosalinde’s expertise includes dealing with the legal process of how rights of way and common land can be changed. Such changes can include moving or extinguishing existing rights.
She has a detailed understanding of maps from working, for 8 years, as a Land Surveyor. Her surveying included RAF Marham, MOD Boscombe Down and Middle Wallop airfield.
Her husband has held a PPL for over 40 years and is available to advise her on aviation matters.
Rosalinde is a trainer for IPROW (The Institute of Public Rights of Way and Access Management) and she is fully insured. She is available to members of the GAAC to advise them on matters of rights of way and Common Land.
